How to use the site

A short guide for first-time visitors. It is simple: search, read, write and share photos.

1. How to find things

Use the search bar at the top: type a word (“Kirovohrad”, “treatment”, “rings”) and press 🔎.
On the left (on a phone: the “Sections” button at the bottom) is the list of sections. Tap one to see its topics.
Old discussions since 2009 are in the “Archive”. You can read it and search the full text.

Pick a section and press “New topic”. Write a title and the text.
To add a photo press the 📷 button above the text box.
To reply, open the topic and write in the box at the bottom. To address someone type @ and their name.

The community chat is on the right (on a phone: at the bottom of the page). Hover a message and press ↩ to reply.
Tap a name or avatar to open the person’s profile; the ✉ button sends a private message.

In “My cabinet” you keep records of your pigeons, add photos and tell about yourself.
There are classifieds (buy and sell), auctions, events, groups and a library of articles.

A bar at the bottom of the screen gives you Home, Sections, New topic, Messages and Profile.
Make the text bigger with the A+ font-size button at the top of the page.

Is the forum free?

Yes, reading and writing are free.

Why is politics not allowed?

This is a forum about pigeons. Political arguments spoil the atmosphere, so such posts are removed.

I forgot my password. What now?

On the login page press “Forgot password?” and get a code by e-mail or phone.

How do I add a photo to a message?

Press the 📷 button above the text box and choose a file from your phone or computer.

What is the archive?

A preserved copy of the old golubevod.com.ua forum: more than 50,000 messages about pigeons.
